Todd Kennedy is Chief Executive Officer of the Public Trustee Tasmania, with extensive leadership experience across trustee services, wealth management, financial planning and estate administration. He is a Certified Financial Planner and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania. Appointed CEO in 2022, Todd has led significant organisational reform following the Independent Review, focusing on rebuilding trust, strengthening governance, and improving outcomes for clients. His leadership has driven a client centred, rights-based approach, including the adoption of a supported decision-making framework. He is a Board Member of the Australian Guardianship and Administration Council.
