Graeme Head became CEO of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) in November 2025, overseeing the administration and daily operations of the NDIS to deliver outcomes for people with disability and their families. Previously, he was Secretary of the NSW Department of Customer Service, leading service delivery reforms. Graeme has 28 years of senior executive experience across policy, regulation and operations including chief executive roles at Service NSW, the NSW Public Service Commission and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Graeme is an Officer of the Order of Australia and a Fellow of the Institute of Public Administration of Australia.
